Suspensions

Our cars come standard with a modern billet aluminum independent suspension. Even though this suspension is a major improvement over the original welded steel tube style, it will bolt onto original frames. Not only is the aluminum suspension stronger and a better design than the original style suspension, it weighs approximately 25 pounds less per corner. We also offer the original style tube steel suspension as an upgrade. Also available as an upgrade on the 289 cars with 3” frames is the original style transverse leaf spring suspension.

Brakes

Our replicas come standard with Wilwood rotors and calipers. These brakes are specifically engineered to work as a package with our suspension system. Girling style brakes are available with the original type tube steel suspensions.
