E Brake Handle

Parts

• e brake handle
• 5/16-24 x 3/4” flat socket head cap screws (2)
• fastener kit
  • 5/16” washer (5)
  • 5/16” jam nut (4)
  • 5/16” jet nut
  • 3/8” washer
  • 3/8” jet nut
• 5/8” washer (3)
• e brake balance bar
• e brake cable (2)
• cotter pin (2)

Tools Required

• ratchet
• 3/16” allen socket
• 7/16” socket
• 1/2” wrench (2)

Step 1:Install the mounting plate as seen here with the two flat socket head cap screws.

Step 2: Push and hold the button on the handle, slide it on and engage the teeth. Be sure to space the handle from the mounting plate with a washer.

Step 3: Install the cable mount onto the handle stud. Tighten the mount down with a washer and a jet nut. Slide cable bias bar through the mount hole. Place a washer on each side of the bias bar, followed by the cotter pins.

Step 4:The cables install into the frame as shown. They then are tightened into place by using a jam nut on each side of the bias bar.
